How do I return and refund an item?
Under ONLY 3 conditions, items can be returned
1) Wrong item received. Or
2) Items are expired. Or
3) Items are heavily damaged.
Refund
Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received the returned item. Upon the bank account number received, you will receive the refunded money within 14 working days.
